China A-share explosives-related stocks rose in early trade after the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the '15th Five-Year Plan' for safety development of the civil explosives industry. Gaozheng Minbao jumped over 8%, Poly United gained more than 4%; Yipuli, Xuefeng Technology and Yahua Group also advanced.
