China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology published the 89th batch
of its Directory of energy-saving new-energy vehicle models eligible for vehicle
and vessel tax reductions/exemptions, adding models including BYD Fangchengbao
Titanium 9 and SERES Wenjie M8.
