NVIDIA raised prices across its Jetson series; the Jetson AGX Orin module
increased from $899 to $1,799, a 100% rise. Chinese firm Ligong Leike launched
the Shanhai smart-compute module series as a domestic alternative for edge AI,
built on local CPU and GPU platforms and advertised to deliver high-performance
AI inference, multi-task parallel processing, extensive I/O and long-term stable
operate in complex environments.
