At midday closing, most domestic futures contracts rose, with ethylene glycol (EG) up over 5%, SC crude oil up over 4%, and fuel oil, benzene, synthetic rubber, coking coal, and bottled chips up over 3%, while polysilicon rose nearly 3%. On the downside, fiberboard fell over 1%, and lithium carbonate fell nearly 1%.
