China Eastern issued revised Implementation Rules for Voluntary Refunds and Changes of Domestic Tickets: for domestic tickets sold on or after Aug 6, 2026 and for travel beginning on or after Aug 6, 2026, voluntary changes or refunds made at least 14 days before departure will be free. The rules split penalties into five time bands; change and refund fees rise as departure approaches.
