China's State Administration of Foreign Exchange said FX reserves were $3,418.8
bln at end-July 2026, up $2.5 bln from end-June (+0.07%). SAFE said a July
decline in the dollar index and mixed global asset-price moves, together with
exchange-rate conversion and asset-price effects, lifted reserves. SAFE added
that China's economic momentum and improving structure support the basic
stability of reserves.
