Fujian provincial flood control and drought relief command said Typhoon No.13
"White Dolphin" may make landfall along the coast between Ningbo (Zhejiang) and
Ningde (Fujian) on the night of the 9th to the morning of the 10th. The
provincial command upgraded Fujian’s typhoon emergency response to Level 3 at
16:00 on the 7th. Local authorities were ordered to closely monitor the storm’s
track and wind, rain and wave impacts, adjust responses promptly, deploy
preventive measures and decisively organize transfers and evacuations.
