Typhoon White Dolphin (No.13) is expected to produce intense precipitation in Kunshan, with hourly rainfall forecast above 100 mm during daytime today. Kunshan Water Affairs, Emergency and Meteorological bureaus issued a joint notice urging strengthened precautions.
