push rapid implementation of a large-scale investment plan covering
semiconductor manufacturing facilities and AI data centers. It is the second
such follow-up since the government unveiled its "three major projects" in late
June. The plan targets semiconductor production clusters, physical AI and
regional AI data centers; the presidential office said Monday's meeting will
focus on accelerating rollout and ensuring investment gains reach all regions
and the broader industry ecosystem.
