Shanghai Weipaige Environmental Protection Technology, a wholly owned unit of
Weipaige Holdings, has increased its investment in Anhui Timan Technology, a PCB
precision drill-bit manufacturer, with an additional 50 mln yuan via capital
increase and equity expansion. Anhui Timan's current capacity is about 1.0 mln
drill bits/month. Of the 50 mln yuan, 12.5 mln yuan will be recorded as
registered capital; proceeds will fund new production-line equipment, key
raw-material inventory and hiring to expand capacity. A person close to Weipaige
said Anhui Timan is expected to scale micro and high-end micro-drill output to
5.0 mln units/month by end-2026 and 20.0 mln units/month by end-2027.
