Ukraine's agriculture ministry said on Monday that with Black Sea port exports effectively stalled, the country may face a severe grain storage shortfall this autumn. Black Sea ports previously handled about 90% of Ukraine's grain export shipments. The ministry estimated the storage gap could reach 11 mln t and has asked the US for help procuring equipment for temporary on-farm grain storage.
