Avita denied media reports that Vice‑President Yong Jun called cooperation with
Huawei “non‑essential.” On Aug. 10 Avita said Yong was referring only to a model
where Huawei would build an exclusive intelligent‑driving version, not to the
value of cooperation itself. The company said it and Huawei now follow a
joint‑creation model, jointly defining and developing products across the full
process, and that Avita is the second‑largest shareholder of Yinwang.
