Government records show Fed chair Kevin Warsh has sold all financial assets he
pledged to divest. Warsh signed an ethics compliance certification with the
Office of Government Ethics last Thursday; the document was posted on the agency
website on Saturday. He had earlier filed a divestiture statement showing sales
of most assets; the latest disclosure shows he sold the remaining holdings
covered by the agreement. Warsh, one of the wealthiest officials in Fed history,
had pledged to divest stakes across multiple investments; confidentiality
agreements conceal the underlying assets, some valued at at least $100m.
