Sources said Intel (INTC.O) is seeking to increase a planned share sale to
roughly $20 billion from an earlier $15 billion target, aiming to price around
$95 a share or higher. People familiar said the size could exceed $20 billion if
the overallotment option is exercised and that investor demand has topped $100
billion. Negotiations on size and pricing are ongoing and remain subject to
change.
