At the morning open, China's most-active futures were mixed but skewed higher:
fuel oil and Shanghai crude (SC) rose over 4%, low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) nearly
4%, and Shanghai silver up more than 2%. On the downside, PVC monthly average
price fell over 3%, PTA dropped more than 1%, and pulp, aluminum and red dates
declined about 1%.
