Intel priced a registered common stock offering at $95 per share, selling 210.0
million shares. Underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to 31,578,947
additional shares. The deal size was increased from $15.0 billion to $20.0
billion and is expected to settle on Aug. 12, subject to customary closing
conditions. Net proceeds are expected to be about $19.7 billion assuming the
option is not exercised.
