Hong Kong stocks fell after an early rally. The Hang Seng Index slipped 1.1% to
25,652.82 and the Hang Seng Tech Index fell 1.93% to 4,824.42. Market turnover
was HK$210.9 billion versus HK$240.3 billion in the prior session. Oil and gas
names outperformed; innovative drug names rallied intraday then retreated.
Non‑ferrous metals were the weakest sector and led losses; new consumer,
commercial aerospace, autos and defense also underperformed. Notable movers:
