EIA report: Due to continued severe restrictions on shipping through the Strait of Hormuz, the scale of Middle East crude oil supply disruptions is expected to be larger than previously forecast in July. Most Middle East crude oil production is expected to recover to near pre-conflict levels by early 2027, but supply disruptions are projected to persist until the end of 2027, amounting to approximately 600,000 barrels per day.
