Iran’s oil minister said on the 11th that repairs to gas production facilities
damaged in recent hostilities are underway and that daily capacity could recover
by about 95 mln cubic meters by end-September. Reconstruction of four attacked
gas-processing plants are progressing rapidly, contractors have started work, and
projects are expected to finish ahead of schedule and fully restore pre-attack
output. Earlier reports said Iranian gas output had fallen roughly 230 mln cu
m/day since U.S. and Israeli military actions.
