At the midday close, China's main futures were mixed: polysilicon rose >4%, fuel
oil gained >3%, lithium carbonate and Europe-route container freight nearly 3%,
low-sulfur fuel oil (LU), synthetic rubber and coking coal >2%, and Shanghai
silver about 2% higher. Decliners included glass nearly 2% lower, urea and
palladium down >1%, and live hogs about 1% lower.
