Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov told Russian media on the 13th that Moscow will
"independently decide" which Western vessels to seize in retaliation for Western
seizures of Russian ships. He said Western states treat "robbery and piracy" as
official policy and that Russia will select targets among serving vessels
Western interests, with how to handle them to be "decided by Russia".
