According to the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), in the week ending August 11, crude oil speculators increased their net long positions in WTI crude oil by 4,034 contracts to 105,860 contracts. Meanwhile, natural gas speculators on the four major NYMEX and ICE markets reduced their net short positions by 18,848 contracts to 70,241 contracts.

Revenue guidance +2–4% QoQ; gross margin guidance 26–28%, which he said should still increase QoQ after absorbing higher Q3 depreciation from new capacity and summer peak power. Utilization including new capacity is expected to remain around 95%, effectively diluting unit fixed costs.
