Naipu Mining said at an investor relations event it expects overseas gross
margin to rise. As overseas revenue grows, fixed-asset depreciation and
amortization as a share of revenue should fall from about 11% toward a more
reasonable level. Separately, a low-margin overseas contract-manufacturer
customer terminated its annual agreement this year, reducing that customer's
future revenue share and supporting overseas blended gross margins.
