According to Saudi media outlet Alhadath, the Egyptian president met with President Trump's special envoy Jared Kushner in El Alamein, where they discussed the necessity for all parties to fulfill their obligations under the Gaza Agreement.
Al-Arabiya TV, citing sources, reported that Kushner will discuss with Hamas today the issue of pushing for the Gaza Governing Council to take over responsibilities. The council's senior Gaza representative, Maladinov, as well as representatives from Turkey, Egypt, and Qatar, will participate in the talks. Kushner and the Hamas delegation will discuss issues such as the international stabilization force, Israeli withdrawal, and humanitarian aid, with the goal of implementing Trump's plan, not renegotiating it. The focus will be on the necessity of ending the cycle of violence in Gaza.
