Al Arabiya's English-language satellite channel, citing military sources, reported that the Houthi rebels in Yemen have released hundreds of prisoners on the condition that they join the group and fight on various fronts across the country. According to the sources, the Houthis have released 850 prisoners from prisons in Saada, Hajj, and Sana'a provinces on the condition that they join the fighting. The sources added that the group is also preparing to release approximately 1,400 prisoners from Dhamar province and deploy them to various fronts.
