At the close of the morning session, most domestic futures contracts rose, with container shipping to Europe up nearly 9%, ethylene glycol (EG) up over 5%, synthetic rubber and benzene up over 4%, and PTA, paraxylene, and low-sulfur fuel oil (LU) up nearly 4%. On the downside, corn, starch, and lithium carbonate fell over 1%.
