Hang Seng TECH Index climbed 2.01% to 4,802.32, led by strength in
semiconductors. Ports & shipping, software development and esports sectors
advanced; nonferrous metals were active while IT services and forestry
underperformed. Selected movers: SenseTime (00020.HK) +10.68%; Yangtze Optical
Fiber & Cable (06869.HK), Hua Hong (01347.HK) and SMIC (00981.HK) each >+7%;
GigaDevice (03986.HK) +6.85%; Kingboard Laminates (01888.HK) and Kingboard
Holdings (00148.HK) >+5%; Montage Technology (06809.HK), Leapmotor (09863.HK)
and WuXi AppTec (02359.HK) >+4%; Chalco (02600.HK) and XPeng (09868.HK) >+3%.
Decliners included MINISO (09896.HK) -7.5%, Zhipu Technology (02513.HK) -5.9%
and Lenovo Group (00992.HK) -1%.
