NHSA: As of end-July 2026, national medical-insurance authorities have disbursed
945.73 bln yuan in instant settlement funds to medical institutions, equal to
95.51% of local monthly settlement volumes. Instant settlement now covers
752,200 designated medical institutions, or 90.17% of designated institutions in
pooled areas. The annual instant-settlement target was achieved ahead of
schedule; reform implementation pace exceeds expectations and effects are
evident.
