China’s National Development and Reform Commission and National Energy
Administration issued the oil and gas development 15th Five-Year Plan, targeting
by 2030 domestic oil and gas supply of 440 mln tonnes of oil equivalent;
addition of 20,000 km of long-distance trunk pipeline to bring the national
network to 220,000 km; gas storage capacity to exceed 13% of national
consumption; LNG receiving capacity of 200 mln t/yr; onshore pipeline import
capacity of 114 bcm/yr; and CCS/CCUS annual CO2 injection capacity of 10 mln
tons.
