MOFCOM and eight other ministries issued guidance to boost county-level
consumption, urging eligible localities to develop emerging formats such as
virtual reality, immersive experiences and AI+consumption; promote green
consumption models including second-hand trading and goods rental; deepen a
special campaign to expand health-related consumption; and foster integrated
consumption chains across primary, secondary and tertiary industries.
