TrendForce projects liquid-cooling penetration in AI servers will rise from
about 38% in 2025 to 53% in 2026 and near 60% in 2027. The rise is driven by
broader adoption of liquid cooling in next‑generation AI platforms from NVIDIA,
AMD and Google; as chip power and rack density increase, liquid cooling is
shifting from an optional add‑on for high‑power servers to mainstream AI
infrastructure. Penetration topping 50% in 2026 implies incremental AI capex
will increasingly flow into cooling, power and data‑center support equipment.
