TrendForce reports DRAM spot market supply–demand remains weak; Q3 2026 trading volumes are expected to stay low while prices continue to edge higher. DDR4 1Gx8 3200MT/s average spot price rose from $42.61 in the week of Aug. 12 to $42.90 in the week of Aug. 18, up 0.67%. NAND trading momentum softened; 512Gb TLC wafer spot price gained 0.39% this week to $21.208 per wafer.
