Qatar's deputy prime minister and foreign minister met Egypt's foreign minister
in Cairo during the seventh Joint Higher Committee meeting to discuss
strengthening bilateral cooperation and cross-sector coordination. They reviewed
recent regional developments, including the Gaza Strip and occupied Palestinian
territories, and coordinated diplomatic efforts aimed at de-escalation,
containing tensions and enhancing regional security and stability.
