surpassing SpaceX’s record. The company is modeling potential deal sizes and could
publicly file for a large offering as early as the end of this month. CFO-led
investor meetings have avoided valuation discussion. For context, SpaceX raised
$75 bln at IPO, rising to $86.2 bln after the overallotment option (typically
exercised when shares rally). Reported preliminary Q2 revenue for ANTHROPIC
exceeded $11.5 bln, versus $787 mln in the same period in 2025, and its
annualized revenue run-rate reached $65 bln as of end-July.
