Zhejiang provincial government office issued its 15th Five-Year fiscal plan,
signaling a stronger, more sustainable fiscal stance. The plan targets higher
local revenue mobilization, conversion of high-quality development into fiscal
momentum and establishment of a high-quality, sustainable fiscal balance system;
it pledges a more forceful active fiscal policy, stronger fiscal guarantees for
major strategies and basic livelihoods, an improved "8+4" fiscal-support
framework and closer coordination of fiscal policy with monetary, employment,
industrial, regional and trade policies to optimize resource allocation and
policy targeting.
