Aug 21 — At its 1H 2026 briefing, Kweichow Moutai reported base-liquor
production of 41,000 mt, down from 43,700 mt a year earlier (≈2,700 mt decline
YoY). Board member and acting GM Wang Li said production follows a traditional
seasonal brewing rhythm and annual batching schedules vary; the 1H drop reflects
staging/statistical differences in production timing and will not affect
full-year cumulative output, the company said.
