China's Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission issued the Action Plan to Promote
High-Quality Development of Network Information Enterprises (2026-2030),
aligning with central directives on building a cyber power and guidance for
cyberspace work in the 15th Five-Year period. The plan positions network
information technology as the core growth driver and network security and
informatization as firms' principal businesses, calling these enterprises a key
force for cultivating new-quality productive capacity and strengthening
international competitiveness.
