On the 21st Ebrahim Azizi, chairman of the Iranian parliament's National
Security and Foreign Policy Committee, posted that the United States has shown
it "doesn't understand the language of diplomacy" and will not voluntarily lift
sanctions on Iran, release Iranian assets, or stop its "piracy". He added that
history will show the "language of power" will force the US to take those steps,
apologise to the Iranian people and eventually withdraw from the region.
