PowerChina said the molten-salt storage tank at the Tibet Kaitou Anduo tower
Concentrated solar power (CSP) project passed its water-fill test on the first
attempt, confirming installation quality of the project's heat-storage system
and moving Tibet's first tower CSP — and the world's highest-altitude CSP plant
— a key step closer to full-capacity grid connection.
