Sources say NVIDIA has notified some customers that prices for servers using its
AI chips will increase in most cases by more than 15%, effective early next
year. Affected systems include models built around flagship Vera Rubin and Grace
Blackwell chips; exact increases will depend on chip generation and memory
configuration. Server makers that produce equipment for large data-center
operators such as Microsoft, Google and Oracle have been informed, and the
communications have not been made public.
