Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Secretary Rezaei said President Trump’s
“reckless” moves to attack Iran have increased other countries’ appetite for
nuclear weapons, particularly after they saw IAEA membership and NPT obligations
did not deter potential US strikes. He said Trump has created nuclear insecurity
rather than safety and reiterated that Iran has accepted and complied with
international safeguards and the NPT, claiming Iran leads other countries in
adherence to nuclear rules.
