Nagoya University and Fujifilm developed a novel lipid nanoparticle (LNP) that,
for the first time, efficiently delivers capped circular RNA (Cap-cirRNA) in
vivo, increasing activity roughly 10-fold while producing minimal inflammatory
response; authors say this could enable next-generation long-acting mRNA
therapeutics. Study published in the latest issue of the journal Cell Materials.
