Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman BAGHAEI said Pakistan’s army chief visited
Tehran to hold talks on bilateral relations, which he described as being at one
of their best stages. He said the Omani delegation’s visit will be handled
separately and will focus on Strait of Hormuz security and maritime sea‑lane
issues between the coastal states.
