Yemen's Houthi movement said all units and branches are at highest combat
readiness. It warned Saudi Arabia, Israel, the United States and their allies
that their previous rules have failed, urged them not to take 'stupid actions',
and said it would respond militarily and alter the regional balance of power if
they do.
