On Aug. 24 in Guangzhou, China Southern Power Grid Co. and China Electric
Equipment signed a strategic cooperation framework. Chairman Qian Chaoyang said,
looking toward the 15th Five-Year period the partners will deepen strategic
coordination, focusing on grid engineering equipment to advance construction of
the 'three new types'; core grid equipment to raise domestic controllability;
digital-intelligent grid equipment to strengthen the industry ecosystem; and
cross-border equipment cooperation to expand international cooperation space.
