National Pipeline Network Group says construction has begun on the Heihe–Daqing
natural gas pipeline in Heilongjiang. The project, listed under the national oil
and gas development "15th Five-Year Plan", will create a dual north-to-south
route and increase annual north-to-south transmission capacity by 10 bln cubic
meters.
