Lankford said he is skeptical a Moscow-Kyiv deal is likely but called CIA Director John Ratcliffe’s recent secret visit to Russia potentially productive. The Senate passed earlier a bill drafted with the late Sen. It will establish national practice bases for outstanding engineers, promote service-oriented manufacturing and produce services, and accelerate construction of standards, financial and talent support systems aligned with emerging-industry development. MIIT will pilot digital collaborative transformation across large, medium and small enterprises, launch a manufacturing quality excellence program, and support leading firms in forming upstream-downstream innovation consortia to foster integrated development and supply-chain collaborative innovation.
