unpacking the State Council General Office’s Guiding Opinions on Strengthening
Regulation to Prevent Risks and Promote High‑quality Development of Private
Investment Funds; analysis of Shanghai‑jurisdiction violations and related
compliance requirements; common self-inspection findings and warnings; and key
securities and futures arbitration rulings and private fund case studies.
