SVR head Naryshkin said on the 27th he met with US CIA director Ratcliffe to
discuss matters within the agencies' remit, which he described as a delicate and
special matter. He said such meetings are routine—held online or offline—and
that he meets intelligence chiefs from every continent almost weekly.
