Iran's Supreme National Security Council secretary Rezaei said reopening the
Strait of Hormuz is tied to ending the wars in Lebanon and Gaza, and described
the southern suburbs of Beirut as a red line. He said one condition is that
Israel must withdraw from territory it controls and that Lebanese and Gazan
territory must be liberated.
